"He attacks again," it says. And he does. He attacks again, and again and again. Despite what it says on the left  I haven't had a single turn at attacking him.
He just slaps everyone to death.

Gonna have to google. Again.


EDIT: OK, I'm never gonna be able to kill him then. Retreat!

Edit: Among other things, I note that we're to help the Daiya farm win the faire contest by farming stuff not on the Daiya farm, but our own. Sounds like cheating, to me...  

This climbing mini game is brutal and evil!

In the Jedi game Cal Kestis is successfully using The Force to do double-jumps, triple-jumps, quadruple-jumps etc. and is floating around all over the place in a physics defying way, but in this game...
...here I am half a mile up trying to get Maelle and her questionable inertia to make a big leap and then land on a tiny floating accordion without her rolling off and falling all the way to the bottom and then I'll grapple to the pirate ship and hope I don't have to tiptoe across another narrow rusty saw.

This is awful.
And to make matters worse, throughout it all it plays some dreadful saxophone music that's getting on my nerves.
My hands are sweating so, so much.
And why am I doing this? It's only a side quest. And what reward do I get?
It's only a swimsuit for the big hairy, brush guy.

I don't need this.
Oh, just one more go then.

Just been running around an enormous maze-like place trying to find a savepoint. It seems like ages since the last flag so I can't quit yet. There must be one round this corner.
No.
It's a Mime.

I beat it!
I'm reasonably good at dodging their combos now (still can't parry) so they don't kill me as easily.
But it took sooooooooooo long to break that wall. I wish I'd had the other guy in the party with the Perfect Break skill cos that was so tiresome with hit after hit after hit of just doing nothing at all.

EDIT: Oh, and I gave up on that climb. The saxophone was killing me.
