Probably. I do recall on my second play through getting to the area and killing the dragon long before she turned up, and I think she told me we need to hurry when she eventually turned up

Well I have killed a crapload of dragons since then, so she ought to be convinced by now regardless

Yeah I've killed ancients dragons, women and children (maybe not children as they are indestructible). I've killed just about everything that walks or crawled at one time or another. And now I'm here to kill you Little Bill because the Night Mother says there's a contract on you.
