There was indeed. And a bee boy. Two little basilisks or Medusas. And invisible guy a strong little girl.

And bird women were set to watch over the children so they never grew up, which, quite frankly, was probably the oddest thing of all. Why wouldn't they want them to become adults so they could help protect or teach new children?

I started season two of The Diplomat... and they didn't have a recap!
*tries to remember a thing I didn't fall asleep through months ago*

I have now finished The Diplomat and it was very good again.
Some of those twists were so shocking that they also managed to be bleakly funny at the same time and Hal always amuses me with his inability to not interfere, although they do seem to have abandoned one of his storylines for now.

I think I know why I stopped watching tv on tv. I have like 40 channels or something, including several film channels and some streaming ones that I usually watch on my computer. And yet there's hardly anything to watch. Even the streaming services seem to have less on offer via the tv or maybe it's just harder to find. Or fewer duplicates/repetions of the same thing in every category maybe

At least there's been a bit of QI. That's always fun. Yesterday I watched Madagascar 1 and 2, same channel, right after one another, yet one was in English and the other in Swedish.

I also watched another Sherlock Holmes with Jeremy Brett (and the day before, I also watched one of those) and now I seem to be out of streaming movies of interest. Maybe I should look at some series next.

Is there no way to watch Netflix on your TV?
I have three different ways to watch it on mine.

Last night I started that greatly-over-hyped Day Of The Jackal remake even though I don't like Eddie Redmayne and I already think it'll probably have too many episodes.

I pay for a one-device thing for Netflix and chose the computer. For hbo/max I need to login and haven't bothered, but I can access svt play and tv4 play (including britbox) on the telly.
Been watching a series called Prey, 2 seasons, one called After the Flood and now I'm watching Bloodlands with James Nesbitt.

I think I need to find something else to watch. Nesbitt isn't a good guy. I don't like it when the main character is a bad guy.
