I finished Wednesday yesterday (on Wednesday!) and continued to enjoy it. Overall it was much better than I thought it would be although the monster fight at the end looked a little goofy and cheap.
I'll now have to rummage around in the watch list to find something else to keep me awake.

Why do people on TV always have to do the wrong thing just to "please the plot"? :stare:

Shows would be a lot shorter if they didn't. :confident:

Yep, this one was end of season and to be continued next season. Luckily the show's not brand new. Then again, if it was, I might have decided that something so stupid wasn't worth waiting for.

Opening titles.
"Hey guys, lets go in that old spooky house where all those people died once."
"I don't think that's a good idea, lets go watch TV instead."
"Yeah, you're right, it might not be safe, it's an old house and we're in the middle of nowhere."
End credits.

Well, it's very much more realistic.

I still can't get over the 12 hour shifts and no days off for rookies in The Rookie (and the US if it's accurate). I assume they don't work 7 days a week but it still seems entirely inhumane, to me.

"I don't think that's a good idea, and we don't have time anyway, we have to get back to work in half an hour to start our 12 hour shift"
"Yeah, you're right, it might not be safe, it's an old house and we're in the middle of nowhere. And I have another 12 hour overtime booked after my shift. Good thing we don't work in the film industry with 18 hour shifts."
End credits.

I began watching Warrior Nun last night but I seemed to get to episode three sooner than anticipated so I suspect some unintended, dreamless sleeping occurred. I shall have to rewind and rewatch the end of episode two for the first time.
