The Trailer Park

It's a slightly surreal sci-fi horror social drama satire kind of thing about an American family staying in a house for their vacation and then... things happen. It is apparently based on a book (which I haven't read), but does it's own thing. Written and directed by Sam Esmail who created Mr. Robot.

Started yet another British Crime show today (after finishing D I Ray in two days). I saw the plot twist at the end coming after about 5 minutes... but then again, I guess it's possible I have seen it before, and just don't remember. I had certainly seen most of the actors before, but I'm pretty sure I've seen most of them in more than one show.

Oh, and the murderer was a woman.

There is clearly far more crime in this country than I ever realised, most of it seemingly perpetrated by women. Somebody should do something

I realised yesterday that I also learned something else from British crime shows. I learnt that if two co-workers (at least if they're in the British Police) sleep together, one of them will inevitably die. Usually the one who isn't cheating on their spouse.

I finished Treason last night and it wasn't that great. But at least it was short.
Some of the characters behaved in very stupid ways for the sake of the plot and there wasn't really enough of those stupid characters to make the mystery intriguing enough.

...and I am now watching Jurassic World: Dominion.

...and that was a bit of a confused mess of a plot. For the first half hour there seemed to be no discernible story at all until finally some nonsense about locusts was introduced and all the old characters were wheeled out to distract you from the rubbish new characters.
It didn't make much sense and at the end everyone seemed to be in the same situation that they were at the start, making it all somewhat redundant.

But, more importantly, the dinosaurs were amazing.

I'm guessing I didn't see th... oh now I think I remember. Blue had kids and so did the guy who raised her? Or something like that... Definitely haven't seen that one.
