Looking good. Whatever creature it turns out to be the anatomy and structure look believable.
It just needs those ears to come back.

Well it's a fantasy creature but it will have ears. Probably 4 of them...

I realised it's past bedtime so I just threw some "ears" in there. They need serious rework.

Still a bit too much like a cow (or rather ox) even if there is some elements of er... unicorn, in there...
