Funny, there was something very familiar about that first trailer... Although Wednesday looked a bit out of place. :dumb:

(Didn't watch the second but... if you mix up the years 88 and 94 you get 84. :paranoid: Just saying... )

I've just watched the first episode of the second season of Vigil with Suranne Jones and whatever Ygritte's real name is... :dumb: I'm not crazy about military settings but still think it's a good series.

And Palia is done with their update now it just needs to update on my end as well...

Oh poop.

I have now watched episode 2 and am caught up and will have to settle for one episode a week like in prehistoric times. :pout:

I really liked the first episode of that season but got more and more bored with it as it went along.

Maybe it's a good thing not to binge on it, then... But what should I watch the other 6 days of the week? Besides Belgravia which I can't quite get into this season... (and which is also only one episode a week)

Possibly. :aha:
It's strange how certain shows work better viewed in different ways.
For me Lost was so much better when binged quickly and on the other side of that The Walking Dead was at its best when you had to wait each week. :)

I just have two more left of the 3 Body Problem and it's been enjoyable so far although I think it may have peaked at episode 5.
I do get the feeling that they've simplified or left out quite a bit (I'll find out for certain when I start on the books afterwards) but I like the overall mood and the way they've built up the drama and tension.

I haven't started on the 3 body problem. I guess I can try that next. I think I'm afraid I won't like it, after they called it "as epic as GoT" :P

It's not really as epic as GoT. :nope:
Not yet anyway. :P

The first few episodes have quite a lot of flashbacks to the Cultural Revolution in China along with a modern day investigation into deaths of some scientists. It's more of a slow, intriguing mystery show with the potential to be something greater.
