Now I've continued watching the teenagers all go to jail due to the mastermind who actually killed Bruce. And there's a "6th century Athenian coin" involved that looks absolutely pristine (and while it has an owl it doesn't really look particularly 6th century Greek ,style wise, either - how difficult would it have been to actually copy a real ancient coin?)

Until whenever the third episode becomes available I guess you'll have to. :dumb:

Since I finished "Our Flag means Death" (which I enjoyed much more than I expected) I started watching Supergirl today. I've seen Kara in some crossover episodes with the Flash etc, but not the show itself.

Anyway, second episode, they're setting a trap and in their communications they go "Trap One, no sign of the target yet". :dumb: As codenames go, that one seems a bit... stupid.

And now this alien introduces himself (revealing his real name) as.... John Jones.
OK he spells it differently, with some extra n's and apostrophes and a z somewhere. But still. He does say John Jones. That's kind of like that moment in Subnautica Below Zero when the alien introduces himself as Alan.... Except in Subnautica they made a joke out of it.

And that Martian Manhunter man isn't the best CGI I've ever seen.

I've managed to get another free trial of Amazon Prime for 30 days so I'll be bingeing stuff on that for a while.
Last night I watched Everything Everywhere All At Once (or whatever it's called :)) And it was mostly interesting although it did get a bit silly at times when they pushed the idea a little further than they should.

That's the one that won some oscars, right? I've no idea what it's about. I mean, except "everything". :dumb:

Yep, that's the one. It's a multiverse kind of thing with different versions of the same characters coming together to save the world but rather than being a superhero style movie it's done within the context of a comedy/drama that's sometimes serious and at other times is wildly surreal. And there are googly eyes.
