Lovely delicate work on the petals.

If you don't see any improvement/progression in these then you need new eyeballs.

Well, I do think I'm starting to understand wet on wet and that I tended to have a too wet brush on a too dry paper so this time I tried to make the paper properly wet first and then not have so much water in the brush when I added paint.

And I've also tried multiple layers in this one. I just kind of wanted to finish the previous ones quickly...
So yes, this is probably better than the previous ones but I can't really see progress within those.

Edit: That said, I wouldn't mind new eyeballs. And sockets. Not if they were less near sighted...

Seems like ages since I had time to do one of these.

Edit: well, duh, but... I meant the sport not the foot wear... Is it called roller blades or am I remembering wrong? Roller derby? I used to have a coworker who played it, anyhow.

It's certainly  Roller Something.
