Don't worry, I didn't kill them.
Saw a load of angry soldiers hacking at them to protect a civilian while I watched from the comfort of that boat.
Don't think I could take on three of them at the moment. One maybe, I have killed individual crocodiles, but not three.
So I didn't kill them. I did loot their corpses though.

 But I spent most of the session babysitting...

 

I'm supposed to be an assassin, not the local nanny.
Also found another Papyrus and remembered that I didn't solve that one from the previous place in Siwa despite claiming I'd finished that area.
I can always go back.

EDIT: Then I spend ages walking Geralt around the landscape to pass the required time for that Elf chap to make that sword for me and when he's eventually done... the "master" sword is worse than the one I already have!

They keep all their gold in a little pouch attached to their belt and their potions are in a backpack.
Not really.
You just loot the skin which is classed as Hard Leather and can be used to craft better armour.

It is possible to tame the animals, even hippos, but I haven't acquired that skill yet. I have been working towards it in the skill tree but I need three more points to unlock it.

You have the option of going there right after the first planet but I'd heard rumours that it can be tough for newbie players and it's better to wait a little bit and choose the other optional planet first. But with that one done, with all my new force powers and with the skills and knowledge and technique that I've acquired fighting all those spiders and things I think it's about time to try it.
I should be able to handle it now.




OK the toxic spiders are a bit awkward but killable. And what's that big thing? And who's this woman? And where's she gone? And how do I kill these guys? Why can't I swing my lightsaber anymore? (Maybe it's stamina related?) And why are they coming two at a time? And now three? And who the hell is shooting me??? I don't even have time to look up and see!
And where is there a savepoint????

I did finally get to a savepoint (too far apart!) but now I'm regretting it cos I'm further away from the ship and can't get to it to retreat like a coward without facing more potential death in the form of all those things respawning again.
So I'd better just push on I suppose.

I think I've made an error going to this planet at this time.
I went onto YouTube to have a cheaty, sneak-peak at a walkthrough video just to see who it was who was shooting at me and from where and the guy playing had sooo many more powerups and skills than I currently have.
That always seems to be the case when I watch these videos. How do they get to have all these long before I get them?
He seemed to have the double jump, force pull AND had maxed out his lightsaber damage!

I'm not gonna retreat just yet but I'm now worried about going too far and getting trapped between tricky savepoints.

I probably shouldn't have checked the general scribbles thread at work.

And sometimes I suspect that those "awesome players" just cheat.
