But it actually let me play it when it got to just over 50% while it was still downloading.
So I have now played Trials before 2am!
Just a quick half hour to beat my record on an easy level followed by another hapless loss in a challenge.
Then I quit and checked the GPU temperature and I've yet to hit 50 degrees so that eases my passive cooling paranoia a little.

It's a very pretty game. I just wish I had a better air tank...

In other news I finally hit level 80 on my guardian in GW2. I haven’t got the build down quite right yet and I need to update all my gear and finally start crafting some build specific items but I’m finally able to concentrate on that now I’ve almost finished my personal story line.
Just need to pick my elite specialisation now I’ve spent the £25 on the standard game (I’ve been ftp most of the journey).
Bring on the end game content!

And while I have a level 80 (or two) GW character(s), I never did finish the story lines. There was some icky spider lord with spiderlings.... *shudders* I never did get past that...

The trick to excessive gaming is to carry on until after 3am and only sleep at weekends when trying to watch a movie.

Still haven't played GW for ages.
But I have now also installed Witcher 3 on my upgraded PC so that I can play that one at a normal time too.
And there goes another 35GB.

Good to know. It's only somewhat past 2 am.
(I wanted to find a certain place and god I hate trying to find that place. I did previously and I still do - they moved it! No wonder I couldn't find it where it used to be. Not sure how many times I died trying to find it. You try to navigate a completely white (or black) screen*! Well, I finally found what I was looking for and my way home so hopefully I'll get to bed soon, and hopefully the cats will want to sleep again...)
