Someone's beaten me to the loot!

So... I don't have the loot that I was promised and now I'm still stranded in the northern swamplands in the middle of nowhere. There's loads of damp mist (that doesn't help my framerate ) all of which manages to conceal those Charus Reaper things which keep jumping out and poisoning me between encounters with big spiders. My horse is miles away, I could call him but riding through swamps isn't nice so I may as well trudge onwards on foot. Slowly.
Would be nice if I could find a road. Or a path. Oh, here's a bit of a clearing... and I'm suddenly attacked by a Boethiah Cultist! Whatever that is. And he's quite good at blocking (yep, everyone's levelled up again.) But he's eventually dead which starts another story but not one to do now. I just need to get out of the swamps.
And after much walking I finally get to Morthal.
The dreariest "city" in all of Skyrim, but I don't care. It's civilization at last.
Now I can plan my journey south to a "better" civilization.

...and Geralt goes to the Seven Cats and not one of them likes him.

You should have shown them what for by randomly drawing and sheathing your sword accidentally a few times.

No need, that had already happened a few moments earlier when Lambert looked on in a rather confused way as I ran up the stairs and started to "help" him by merely punching at a big monster.

This weeks Epic Freebies look pretty good with Pillars Of Eternity and Tyranny. I do prefer my RPGs to be third person over-the-shoulder things rather than the top down variety but I'll still be grabbing both of those this evening if there's no last minute switcheroo.

Yeah, I think they did that last Christmas without me realising and I missed out on loads, including Superhot.
