I have now been rescuing magical creatures in a Fantastic Beasts floppy-haired-Eddie-Redmayne kind of way by catching them in my knob-sack.
Sorry, it's "nab-sack" really, but I misheard what the slave-elf was telling me and the funnier name is sticking in my mind.

Now that these beasts have been saved from the evil poachers I have released them into my new magical place in the special room where I can feed and brush them providing that I don't accidentally shoot them again.

Val, Just make sure you don't lose them when the room of requirements changes into something else

Banj, I actually came here to tell you I cheated and looked up the location before bedtime and had now been there to retrieve the chest... In case you wanted to know where it was

Edit: Ooh Kestra Eel and Enfield Eel. And yes it's working hours but I woke with a headache so I decided to take the day off.

Ignoring the cat for a moment, Lost Records is rather slow especially the "present day" stuff. The good bits are intriguing enough and the nostalgic attention to detail is fun (also there was one jump scare that did catch me out during a creepy bit. I usually anticipate jump scares long before they happen but that was a good one!) but those other bits do make it drag on. And surprisingly the music isn't anywhere near as good as I would have expected considering the plot. It still has some of "those" Life Is Strange moments but, instead of them being iconic memories that stay with you forever, these ones kind of fade away with the forgettable tunes.

I have completed Tape 1 of Lost Records, which means I'm exactly halfway through, and that ended with an interesting little twist that made me feel like a stupid naive teenager who regrets all previous decisions.
I suddenly feel they tempted me into making all the choices they wanted me to make so that I feel extra bad. I'm very predictable obviously.

And back in Hogwarts I'm a bit annoyed that my Vivarium can only hold four different species of magical beasts and that can't be upgraded. I rescued some kind of toad thing last night and have nowhere to put it.
So now I have to sell it to the woman in Hogsmeade or just keep it in my nab-sack until I get another Vivarium. Whenever that may be.

I have reinstalled Hogwarts as of yesterday but I haven't yet played it again.
(Today I reinstalled Conan - but whenever I reinstall anything I worry about how long - or rather short - it will be until next time I have to reinstall everything)

That's the good thing about playing cloud games on a crappy PC. No installing!
