Tell them to go another way and all the falmer will follow their noise and you can sneak past

I've managed to sneak past a short distance by myself and I'm hiding behind a gate while the two of them try to fight what seems like the entire Falmer army.
Gonna wait here a while and see what happens.

Scrambled Eggs Simulator

While I'm still enjoying Sons of the Forest a fair bit I am starting to worry how/if anyone ever managed to play this game without internet help... I don't know where to go if I don't check an online map. I don't know what I can find once I get there unless I check that map. I saw some in game location markings of sorts and went to investigate and now that I am miles from the first of those, I see on the map that I missed something... which I obviously already forgot what it was. A blueprint I think. For something

My point is there's no signs in this game where you should get to or what order or which things you need or how to find the important stuff, so basically you need to run all over multiple times - or use an online map. Which I do, but I don't want to rely on it for everything.

In good news, though, I've seen mooses. I tried to shoot a couple but they just ran off with my arrows... The map (online) doesn't have any boars on it so I think the source that mentioned boars and crocodiles were outdated. Unless they are in the first game which I wasn't looking for info on

That's one of my pet peeves with a lot of modern games. With Clair Obscur I had to spend far too long looking up things that they didn't explain very well. I played through the first half of the game completely under levelled until a YouTube video informed of something.

If the developers can't communicate how their own game works to the players then they've failed the basic challenge of game design.

I agree. Although there was one game... I forgot the name of it... Banj tried it too, though, if I recall correctly. And disliked it I think.

Anyway, that game referred to url:s in game and then you could look them up online - so basically they set up real websites for in game companies and the like. I thought that worked well. But then it was part of the game, not an unrelated thing you still needed to understand stuff.
