And... I've almost decided to buy House Flipper 2. I haven't played HF 1 for ages, but it was fun to get back into it. BUT yesterday I learned that Frozen District (the company behind House Flippers) have done away with Steam workshops (the modding possibilities I didn't have because I bought HF 1 elsewhere and which made me hate Steam and take forever to get an account there) in favour of some other system that doesn't actually allow users to upload new content/items.
Users are also complaining that there's way less stuff available in HF2, but then again it's a much newer game with less time to add things, so that's not very surprising. It has much greater customization possibilities... And the devs ARE claiming that mod added content is planned...
So I'm a little on the fence* about buying it now. Maybe I should wait until next time it goes on sale and see if it has more content then? Though I haven't actually missed much yet. Current offer (-35 %) lasts until tomorrow I think.
*Get it? On the fence? Fences around houses?

Indy is nothing of not versatile.
I have purchased House Flipper 2 and is rebuilding and decorating "my first house" (as in, the first I could buy and demolish/rebuild as I wished). It was a small apartment above a garage. It is still a small apartment above a garage but slightly wider and with new windows.

And now both Baldur's Gate and Avatar is on sale. Avatar has a 67% discount but I just bought HF2!
