Oh dear. Apparently water will rise to +25 m on Selenea (whom everyone online seems to call Selena) and I built my base at about +15. Guess it would be a good idea to rebuild a bit. Things are a bit slow anyway. I'm like almost 3 % towards the next terraforming stage...

Edit: Weirdly enough the next stage is "water cycle" but it's currently raining... Maybe it's not water?
