Any an all misspellings are henceforth blamed on the cats.
I just bought Planet Crafter. Then I realised a couple of other games from my wishlist are also on sale... But I think I'll stick to the planet for now.

Maybe I should play some... Planet Crafter...
I spent most of last week making a modded Ivarstead, as mentioned, and pretty much only needed to get the AI to work (
AI ) when I discovered that I had somehow deleted a large part of the work I'd done. (Merlin, was that you?
) So, I spent most of this week recreating most of that mod from scratch (I think I might have mentioned that trying to copy stuff from the previous to the new one didn't work...) and today I decided to try it out in game. This time I hadn't added anything advanced yet, no AI, no exterior navmeshing, no merchant NPC. But now my game keeps crashing when I use console (which I need to do since the game remembers stuff from the inn being in a different place).
I also had an issue where a "cheap embers" object suddenly was burning with big flames and throwing sparks all over the place. They're not supposed to do that!
Anyway, I replaced those, and tried to replace some stubborn items that just don't want to move position, with duplicates and disabling the other items. Well, actually I did that before and now, since the game keeps crashing, I tried a slightly different approach because apparently, at least a decade ago or so, one should place disabled items at -30 000 Z. Doesn't matter though, the duplicates (or rather the originals) are still visible in game. And the console still makes it crash, although last time around it took long enough for me to start thinking it wouldn't.
I asked in the Discord channel but I've already tried what they suggested I'd do to see if I can find what's wrong. (Try new game, check for errors in Xedit). So... Should I spend next week on a third attempt at the same darn thing or should I.... go crazy trying to figure out what's wrong?
Sorry for the long rant. I'm a bit frustrated.
Edit:
Maybe I should just try renaming the whole file?

Over night, a couple of people helped check my crash log (I don't even understand what to look for in it - and it's really long). Might be a weird name or character apparently, but I swear I haven't used å ä ö anywhere!
Also tried changing a couple of things but the game still crashes, at least when I try to click a specific set of tankards.

Well that made my computer uncomfortably hot. Again. Didn't crash, but it might be because I stopped playing...
