Yesterday I watched a Nicholas Cage movie. Dying of the Light, I think it was called. Depressing, though I guess my reaction is partially due to good acting on Cage's part. He's not a fav of mine and I disliked his character Anyway it made little sense, to me, the whole thing. One of those "why did they bother to make this?" (I could see the same premise, i.e. an agent getting dementia, as a basis for a drama, but not this... )

Logan Noir was the black and white version of the film they released. I’m not sure if the actual physical process of filming changes these days when doing b/w or if they just ran it through a desaturation filter on photoshop to check their values. But there’s b/w Logan too.

ah, but I'm guessing it's the same number of wolvereenish characters in the noir film too

Better than the first trailer, but still...

It's not a whole new woooorld, it's just a remade one again...



(I never liked the original particularly, but I enjoyed it a lot more than this trailer).

Actually looks like I might enjoy it for the designs and effects.... but that Will Smith Martian...

I watched A Star is Born over the weekend. Lady Gaga is a very natural actress I think, she was amazing but god I hated that movie. I hate Bradley Cooper anyway, but it was just like a young girls childish dream. Drivel. I switched it off before the end, not only because I hated it (have i mentioned that) but also I know the end, which was stupid.
