I went on wiki and read the backstory again, and it turns out he's an evil shapeshifter that initially disguises himself as a clown but he later becomes a werewolf too which would of been cool to draw but I just found out about it, ah well

Micro: looks good and looks virtually done.
Those balloon faces look very creepy and brilliantly express the fear and helplessness of the children as they float away.
