Adventures across the 3rd dimension

I can get rid of them - and in this case at least I got them from copying a row of vertices... so I copied the edges too, and I guess they are duplicated because the vertices are? - because otherwise those would have been the edges used for the faces, right?

Back to some videos when I can be bothered.

I still have a headache since yesterday when I tried to make a new kid's hair for Skyrim. It crashed CK. Of course.

I made some progress!!!

It didn't completely work in the way I intended but... Progress!

I felt very satisfied and I'm now a bit more confident that I can go further next time.

It's all very cryptic in here.

I was doing it right after all but the Boolean modifier just doesn't show properly in edit mode.

And just to ease the cryptic tone in here... I'm trying to do a haunted house for the challenge. Trying.
I've been learning stuff from Blender Guru's abandoned house tutorial where he manages to do all what I've been struggling with in the first three minutes of the video!
I don't want mine to look like that though, I'm working towards a different idea, but the building techniques are obviously still useful.
