I don't get when you have time to watch videos... but then again, maybe I could watch some too if I do it while cuddling with Gandlaf (as that keeps me from doing anything else useful anyway).

I often have a video open while I'm doing other things as long as I'm not doing anything that requires my full concentration. I also watch stuff like this in bed before I go to sleep.

:dry: you know you're not supposed to watch TV or tablets or cellphones before bed? They make it harder to go to sleep. :P
I don't think I'd get much out of watching those videos if I wasn't actually watching (concentrating on) them...

That's never really been a problem for me. If I didn't do that I would be reading a book instead. Not that it makes much difference anyway as the cat keeps me awake most of the night.

I almost can't imagine sleeping without my cat in bed :P It's so cosy :heart:

Anyway if you had problems falling asleep (that weren't cat-related) a book would be preferable, since it's the light from all those elecktrickery screens that keeps the brain awake... According to scienists.
(Personally I can sleep almost anywhere at almost anytime, including at the dentist...)

well I've tried to watch the bokkei video and I definately con't focus on two things at once. :P Also I can't help but wonder if the artist is Swedish :P

And if you have trouble sleeping you should use those bluelight filter apps. Or a cat-shooing app. :lol:
