Regarding the ravens it might be enough to have different poses (which you already do, but they could be made more different still... Change too much in head size, leg length and so on and they won't both look like ravens...)

Charlotte- thanks. I wanted to change their build so that you could differentiate between them. Two ravens that look exactly the same is pretty boring. Maybe I'll nail the look perfectly next time.
