That’s fantastic Val.

In other news it’s my brothers birthday today so I painted his portrait as a gift for my parents.
Really tough to sit looking at his photo for 8 hours or so but I found it strangely therapeutic too.

No smudge tool was harmed in the making of this image.

Great work on the skin. You've really captured all the delicate geometry of the expression and it makes it look like a real person rather than just a picture.
