The Trailer Park

I've started watching the third season of Bridgerton and while I rather do like that it focusses on chubby little Penelope Featherington it's also kind of embarrassing because she really has no social skills. Yet. I mean, I like that they focus on her because she's probably the one I most identify with but I also identify with being embarrassingly awkward when introduced to strangers and that makes it a bit too "close to home" I guess. And it means I keep pausing so I don't have to watch all the embarrassment at once. Or I might just swoon!

Guess I'll try to continue, once I have fetched my dinner from the kitchen

I think this is my third pause this episode.... I doubt women were quite so forthcoming in their chasing of potential husbands back in the day but the whole "Oh I love that too" thing is ... painful. (Two might-be-spinsters both trying to convince the same man they're the one for him.... When possibly - or most likely - neither of them are...)

I feel a bit sick. I wonder if it's from chocolate or Bridgerton...? There's no such thing as too much chocolate, though, is there? So maybe I should return to Skyrim for today...

I think I liked the second more than the first but I can't really remember well enough. Might rewatch the whole thing at some point. (When I went to start the third season, in spite of saying "NEW SEASON" on the little thumbnail thingy, it started off at season one episode 1, and I did consider just watching that instead but then I decided I did want to see season 3, so...)

Just finished the fourth Bridgerton episode of the season - I wasn't sure if there'd be more but apparently there will, on June 13th.

Last night I watched Spaceman. It is officially the first time I have seen a film with Adam Sandler that I kind of sort of almost kind of actually liked in some way. And that's despite... arachnid  It was... OK.   

*googles*
He doesn't quite look like himself in the pictures... Perhaps he does not act like himself either?

Though to be honest I've found him tolerable in some movies, mostly perhaps the two "murder mystery" ones with Jennifer Aniston.

He looks the same in this as he did in the last thing I saw him in. But I usually avoid anything with him in so I haven't really seen much.
