Just came home from seeing Star Wars VIII.
I enjoyed it as I usually do. I liked most of the strange critters, especially the little penguin types and the large whatevertheywerecalled. There were some minor issues (people acting against a greenscreen and looking like cutouts against a too blurry background, mostly), but the main drawback is still the bad guy. How can you have a bad guy that looks like he's about to start crying every second of every day??? And it was a little sad to see Leia knowing Carrie Fisher is no longer with us.
