Well he DID say that his technique was to just kind of hang around until the truth appeared before him for no reason. Or something like that. Kind of similar to Dirk Gently, actually, though he was funnier. I rather disliked Craig's character, I think that drawl of his made me think of slave owners from dramas about the American South in the bad old days...

Well... I liked the one on Netflix, so there. 
I enjoyed it more than the books which I didn't find as funny as the hitchhiker books. Then again maybe I would feel differently if I read them today, seeing as I must have read them.... 20-30 years ago?
But they're probably among the basement books, now....

Uhm... I have a vague memory of Val claiming my cats stole something from the basement recently, but.... no... My basement storages have been looted twice, once in Gothenburg and once in Arboga but not since I moved here, so the books are safe. As far as I know.
