Drat, you sneaky sneaked too, Val. I should have made a new post rather than an edit, I guess. Instead I make this rather redundant post.

Sneak? Me?
No, I was just hiding behind all those glorious hamster moustaches.

Is that a laughing emoji? Or a very angry one? :P

(It really doesn't look very happy... Poor thing)

It felt strange today not trying to draw something at 9 o'clock with a biro whilst watching TV. :)

It also feels strange not having to pick a winner but I think I still want to give some honourable mentions to my own favourites, which would be the Octoberpus/Inktopus, Mr Sabrosito's crazy and brilliant broccoli-headed villian/hero and that excellent Dali portrait right at the end. :)

Edit: But I'm not gonna miss that damn Sharpie!

Shall we keep this thread open, or have a 'drop in' sketch thread, I couldn't do any more stuff last week as my Dad was visiting from abroad (his annual visit) so i had no time to do much of anything but I do like the open drawing thread - purely for scribblies though?

I just looked through the images and we did manage to post more than 31 pics at least! :woohoo:

I'm not sure it makes sense to keep this thread open, but why not have a "General Scribbles" thread? (Complete with headgear and shoulder markings....)

I guess we could create a new thread as a general sketch and drawing thread to open it up a bit from the inking. There's no reason though why people can't carry on posting inked stuff here if they want. This kind of got me in the mood for doing more inks myself.

EDIT - talk about sneaking, Charlotte sneaks in while I'm typing. Pot... kettle... black... :aha:

yeah it kind of made me more inclined to do something, no pressure and it can just be something naff, so even less pressure to produce a 'finished' image.
