I've now collected and opened all of my Crown Crate rewards and there were only three things I kept: two face/body markings and a bear cub pet. The rest was traded in to increase my total of gems to 81!
I could get two or three things with that. Not that there's too many inspiring things in that price range at the moment. Maybe that dog or the fluttery moth? But 40 for the moth seems harsh. If it was 16 then maybe, but...

Also, after levelling up during a big fight I got a choice of some dyes... and picked the wrong one.
I thought it was gonna be three separate dyes so I picked the ones I don't have but it was actually a three colour dye-stamp for costumes rather than items and hindsight revealed that the monochrome one would have been better.
So I now have a garish green costume.

*presses wrong button*

No! Of course I don't want to refine 150 steel ingots!
That's another bank slot gone unless I want to carry them everywhere.
I suppose I could deposit them and then withdraw and sell the double stack. Yeah, that'll do and it'll be a bit more gold.
I'm doing pretty good with gold now. I have over a quarter of a million and could easily buy a small house or three. But I don't even have all the free rooms yet. That's the reason why I created the mage the other week, so that I could pick up the one in Vulkel Guard. If he ever gets there.

And there were some more limited time offers in the store today including a couple of very nice mounts... that are a bit too much for what I actually have. If only I had 100 gems instead of 81.

And why didn't my Instant All Research Scroll clear ALL my research slots?
I'm still gonna have to wait two days for that Mace to be done before I can research the dagger as well.
At least I've got my Inventory down to 105 now. It's been a while since I could get it that low.
And I still have far too many glyphs and surveys; about 20 of each.
I should probably share them out better between the characters.

You do seem to press the wrong buttons a lot... Maybe you should look twice and press once, rather than the other way around?

Having come down from that mountain after the long chat with talky dragon I decided to ride through the mountain pass to-

Yes. "I have a message for you," he says and hands it over before adding, "Here's a letter for you from Quintus." He gives me that and then, "Here's a letter from a friend. I don't know who."
How many letters are you carrying there? It's like he's got the whole post office on his back.

Anyway after all that reading I continued my ride to... where? Oh, yeah, I'm going back the Helgen way to Riverwood and then onto other things but- Here's a bear.
I forget how slow it is getting off a horse in Skyrim. I haven't ridden for a while in this game due to the issues that come with multiple followers and it's a bit of a shock how impatient I am with the bear still attacking me.
Come on, get off the horse!
And as I swing my axe I'm hit by a fireball from behind. And is that some growly barking sounds to my left? And what's that roar from over there?
Well, I thought it was a bear but apparently I'm being ambushed by three bears, three big wolves AND three cultists all at the same time. Where's Valdimar when you need him?
Oh, yeah. He's back at the homestead "housecarling". And now Arissa's disappeared after her horse glitched out in the fight.

I feel a reload coming on.

All good things come in threes. And the bad things too, it seems.

Is this done within the game or are you using a different engine and making it look like Doom?

Ultimate Doom Builder, which is a level editor based on GZDoom (one of the many source ports available). I used to play around with map making with WinUAE on the Amiga when everyone ported the code to that platform and it is fairly similar, but adds a whole load of additional features and things that weren't even possible back then, it's practically a game engine in it's own right.

EDIT - I just noticed that I said WinUAE when I meant WinDEU
