After forgetting about that super heavy delivery that I can't do yet (need to wait until I get the proper Bridges Truck instead of my stolen vehicles) I returned to some road building on my way back to the Weather Station and...
The road goes over the river!

 

That's such a relief. I really hated having to trudge through that water. Yes, there is a Bridge that someone put down closer to the Distribution Centre but it's in a really stupid place that ends up in yet more water in a little stream between some big rocks and I had to waste a ladder to make that usable. But now... I can use my road.
And I know Banj probably built it in his game too, but here it's MY road.

To be honest I didn't build that section of road you are stood on as there was already a bridge there that did the job adequately for me, I did build the section just before that though. 

I've built every section from the Craftsman.
I quite like the road building aspect, there's an enormous sense of satisfaction after shipping large quantities of ceramics around the landscape and finishing such a big structure.

I do get worried about running over any MULES that are brave enough to cross as I don't fancy an emergency trip to the nearest incinerator.
And I almost crashed into a bike that some idiot had left right in the middle of a road last night. I was quite annoyed until I realised it was my own bike.
