I picked the lock to the creepy woman's house and once inside the guy was right there cooking!
I quickly went into the inventory and did a quick change into my "special" boots.
Sneaked past him and went down the narrow corridor into the other room where I found the important stuff. Came back out of the room and Arissa (who was sneaking with me. )  was now in front of me in the narrow corridor and I couldn't get round her. I tried to bump past her a couple of times and then remembered that when you bump her too many times she loudly says "Oh, I'm sorry. I'll get out of your way" and I certainly didn't want THAT to happen while I was being super silent with the man still cooking over there.
So I went back in the other room and came back out and thankfully this time I was in front of her. I was glad I didn't bring Mjoll in here too. I had "found" her again at this point but I'd told her to wait in the inn to keep an eye of the creepy woman.

Does anyone else hear our followers, though? I was sneaking around with the nightingales yesterday and they set off traps and bumped into those hanging bits of skeleton... Not very sneaky if you ask me. They didn't attack anything unless it managed to hit me first, and I had to kill.... that guy. I mean, why were they even there??? I did all the work *grumbles* But like I said, does anyone else hear them? Lydia keeps coughing or sighing or talking about how she never saw anything like this before (even though she did) and I'm pretty sure she never alerted the enemy...

It's no good jiggling your sword now, I've already killed everyone.
And there was a surprising amount of boots inside. Those vampires do like their nice footwear.
