Transferring the games to Steam was fairly simple and straight forward. My only problem is the missing save file for Doom Eternal

Yikes! That was a long and crazy password! What on earth was I thinking? No sane person could ever remember THAT.

And now Steam wants to send me a "code" cos I never usually log in through the browser.

How the hell do you get to the Night Shelter/Asylum in Vampyr??
Every single path to it seems to have a locked gate that I can't open "from this side".

That sounds familiar. In my case there was a dude with a flame thrower in my path... I never did go back to him... You're probably past that by now, though. So I'm guessing it's other gates?

Killed the flamethrower guy two days ago. Been running around finding locked gates ever since.
I think there must be a path somewhere which involves doing the teleport/jump thing but I haven't found it yet.

Apparently I need to find some guy called Archer Woodbead first.

*wonders if that was the guy who was killed when she couldn't get to him to save him in time...*

Apparently my mesmerize level will be high enough to get in.... once I find this asylum place.

Found the silly-named "Woodbead" chap.
Found another jumpy point past the beast and the gin.
Found another hideout.

Found.... another locked gate blocking my path.

Finally!
That was the most frustrating maze since... well, since the last one. AND that level 22 beast respawned which killed me a couple of times before it got stuck behind a shelf and was then stationary target practice.
But now I'm low on shotgun ammo again.

I have just finished Assassin's Creed 2.
No, I've really finished it this time with no more surprise DLC quests to slow me down.



Excellent game overall even if the control system did annoy during a few of the trickier moments. (Damn that unwanted Wall-Exit button. )

Now should I continue to try and find all of the feathers or just uninstall?
