*bangs head on desk* Why can I only start Wrye Bash from the download folder and not from within the games folders where it's supposed to be?

I returned to have a quick go on Alan Wake earlier after not touching it for a long time.
I need to get to the gas station. Or something.
Oof. That was frustrating.
I didn't get to the gas station.
Instead I made my way to a YouTube video of gameplay tips to remind me how to play.
You can dodge apparently.
And remember... Don't shoot too quickly. Shine the torch and wait.
I'll probably forget again before I go back to it.
Speaking of forgetting, after three poor attempts it's seems I've forgotten how to paint again.
That's what a month of GamePass does to you.

Yep, that was my frustration.
Particularly in the way it does that little scripted camera change to show you the single baddie approaching to your right. Back with the live camera, you turn to your right to aim at this guy and then find out that there are three other baddies immediately behind you that didn't show up before.
And even when you know how to dodge, you can't dodge what you can't see.

Yeah. I found it can sometimes help to just hit the dodge the moment it gives you control back. Thankfully the American Nightmare refined the combat side of things and didn't suffer from that issue (it wasn't as enjoyable though).

Roy Orbison was the killer in the previous Harry Wild episode!
Of course I'm not sure how accurate the series is - in the one I am trying to watch now (in spite of Merlin) there's a nun who used to date Iggy Pop.
And Roy was only called Roy anyway, because he liked the music.
Still, you might want to be careful....
