So I got a Steam account because almost all games have mod support on there but nowhere else. And I bought Hogwarts Legacy on Steam. Today I find out that Hogwarts Legacy has a Creation Kit - that you can only get on Epic.

Not sure if you have to have the game on Epic or if you can use the kit independently. At least you can get it for your library without having purchased the game.

I can't find anything that says you can't use it with other versions and it seems to be based around the Unreal Engine which is why you'll have to get it from Epic.
It does seem to be a big download though. Some comments claim that it's over 250GB!

I didn't even look... I guess it includes everything so you don't need the game to use it (unlike Skyrim's kit where you have to load the game file to use the kit).

Well, I have it. But considering I haven't even played the game since that first try when I died almost immediately, I'm not sure what mods I could possibly make. Maybe I can nerf the troll that killed me.

And some other comments say you might need nearly double that for the install process.
But it does look like a good game to mod and mess around with.

Seems your intel is correct...
 

...and a quick check of my drives show that I have none with that space available.

I bet even Banj doesn't have a drive big enough for that!

Technically I do - My computer has 1 TB and my external one has another 1 TB but they're both over half full already.
