Whenever I hear that a classic 2D cartoon is being remade as a 3D CG film my reaction is always, "NOOOO!"
Then I see some footage and think, "Doesn't look too bad."
Then I see the movie and quite like it. :)

Same thing happened with the Peanuts movie and I'm still waiting hopefully for that Tintin sequel.

Still can't speak French though. :P

Tintin was OK up until the big dumb chase sequence which pretty much destroyed the whole film for me.
