The Trailer Park

From thinking 20 past nine was too early for bed to not being in bed by 1 am... Oops. But I have finally finished The Residence, and I say finally because it felt like it was very drawn out and could have been made considerably shorter. At the same time all the repetition of both dialogue and scenes were part of the "funny style" I guess. And I suppose the birding references was supposed to be a part of it too, but they did add unnecessary length.... Also, for a woman who seems to mostly feel disdain or just not care about other people and who prefers to be alone out in nature.... birding... she sure did seem to revel in the lengthy "gather all the suspects and rehash everything once more until the killer is revealed" part at the end. The dramatic flair seemed kind of out of character with the rest of her...

Still enjoyable, not exactly obvious. I'd say the killer WAS one of my prime suspects but then again almost everyone was a prime suspect at some point...
In short, it could definitely have been shorter.

Why do they hunt on June 6th in particular?

Because it's hot and so they can hunt on D-Day?

Shouldn't they hunt on P-day?
Or is every day P-day?

Yay, is that another CGI thing with varying frame rates?

One day this trend will die. One day.

I tried to watch "Bloodshot" today (with Vin Diesel and Guy Pearce - at least I think that's the last guy's name...)

I suspect I have seen it before but I remember nothing of it. And I didn't get past the intro; they didn't even get to the part where the guy who's supposed to die has died yet.

I must be the worst watcher of films...
