It was only after finishing that (or sleeping through it ) that I realised that it's based on a very old video game.

Yep that's the one.
I thought it was some sort of King Kong/Godzilla mashup.
Edit: Couldn't account for the wolf, though...

"Ghosts" keep popping up on my Netflix but... didn't I see that one? With different actors? Yup I did. Because Ghosts on Netflix is an American version of the British Ghosts (I guess I saw that on Britbox then? Seems there are more seasons too, that I haven't had access too )

I guess it was too difficult for the Americans to handle British subtitles?

And now I have watched the first episode of Blandings. I remember enjoying Wodehouse when I was little, but I'm not sure they are well suited for modern comedy TV? (I say modern, the series is about 10 years old, I think). I suspect I'd still find some of the jokes funny if I was reading them, but I kept feeling like it was a bit "sloppily" done by the actors? Mostly well known faces though.

A: "Did you see that thing on that [dead] man's forehead?"
B: *blank face*
A *takes twig and draws the shape in the snow*
B: "I've seen that before. What is it?"
A: (Ominously) "It's old."

(It's a spiral, people. A spiral shape. Though I admit it was out of place on a dead guy's face.)

The spiral was also in season one.
