I've now seen the first episode and I am guessing they will release one episode a week because I could see no info on that... It's watchable but doesn't quite feel like GoT... Maybe because they had more famous actors in GoT, although there are quite a few recognisable faces in HotDamn too. The orgies of nekkid seemed a bit too much like "They liked this in GoT, let's have more of the same" and not particularly necessary for the story... but that's pretty much always the case with nekkid, I guess.

A definite plus, though. There are (unsurprisingly) DRAGONS

hmm... I think I saw some ruins at the beginnings...

Dragons and houses don't go together very well it seems.

Last night I watched a movie on Netflix called The Virtuoso and there were lots of things that annoyed me. First of all there was the bait-and-switch of having Anthony Hopkins in the thumbnail when his actual role is so small that he's barely in the film at all. Next on the list is the excruciating voice-over of the main character where he pretty much describes all of his thoughts and actions throughout the film like he's just one big audio book and then also constantly refers to himself in the second person. ( "You walk to the car and you decide to open the trunk... " etc.) Then there's the plot which makes no real sense at all but still gives you enough to work out exactly where it's heading long before it gets there.

And yet.. despite this long list of grievances... I kind of enjoyed it!

I'm mostly still watching Supernatural. Where they find coordinates to a secret locale by completing a 5 digit number with one more number. As if there's only one coordinate on the entire planet that has those five digits plus one more number in it.

I had to google episode 2 of House of the Dragon because HBO sucks at information, it seems. The article also sucked, though, as it seems there are only viewers in the US, Canada, UK and Australia. Apparently episode 2 is available in the US today, and in the UK tomorrow "since they don't have HBO". Well, I have HBO and if I remember correctly, Europe still got episode 1 a day later than the US, so I'm guessing it'll be available tomorrow. Or maybe tonight. Or not.
