Don't worry, I'm certain it will be exactly the same as the other three.

I'm currently watching the Netflix adaptation of Persuasion. It has it's moments, though just now it had one of those moments that are so embarrassing I need to stop watching for a bit... and the min character also frequently speaks directly to the viewer without anyone around her noticing, which is a bit much. And it doesn't feel very familiar, besides people's names. Kind of the same sarcasm Jane Austen had but I'm not sure it's the same comments...

*Checks book* OK, some of it is from the book and some not but kind of inferred. Much as I thought. Maybe it'ss said later on, though, I only eyed the first couple of pages.

Edit: It's a shame the "leading man" Wentworth seems so dull. He's probably supposed to be "adorably awkward" like Hugh Grant used to manage back in the day, but he just comes off as.... dumb. Hard to see why the leading lady (Anne) would care for him, at all. 

I remember Persuasion being my favourite of the Jane Austen books although Northanger Abbey would also be up there if the ending weren't so absurdly abrupt. I haven't seen any of this version but I have heard people criticising it for being too "inspired" by Fleabag... which I also never watched.
And that girly Hulk thing seems to be jumping on that bandwagon too.

I've no idea what fleabag is, if it's not a flea ridden dog...

I have now seen that Stranger Things episode with all the "stingers".

Still a few more to go though, so no spoilers.

Didn't I see that one already?
