The Trailer Park

So my re-watching of The Flash continues. I guess I watched it from episode 2. But in spite of now seeing several obvious "hints" about Wells, I don't think I quite understood much about him the first time around... At the end of episode 3 is a scene where he watches Barry get struck by lightning in real time - I have no memory of that at all. I'm thinking maybe when they showed that episode on TV they ended it a bit prematurely for adverts or something? Or my memory is just shitty....

Anyway, I am once again intrigued by the meta-human prison cells. Little cubicles with a glass wall and no means of escape, even for gas. So... No bed, no loo, no food and no (fresh) air... How do they keep their prisoners alive?

Um... Is it something to do with the Speed Force? That usuallly "explains" most things.

Maybe they use it to make time stand still inside the cells, thereby negating any need for sustenance, or showers, or... peeing...

My ongoing attempt to binge as many Amazon shows in the available time has now moved on to The Man In The High Castle.
I vaguely remember the original story being fairly short so I don't know how they'll stretch it out to multiple seasons but it's interesting enough so far.
