Superdog!

Been soooo tired recently yet despite that tiredness I foolishly tried to watch the final episode of Picard late last night... and fell asleep straight away. But I did wake up just in time to spoil the ending for myself.
I'll try to forget about it so I can watch it again for the first time tonight.

In other "news", I have now finished and enjoyed The Alienist and have started up on a couple of other Amazon things with the first episode of Tales From The Loop and season two of Black Sails after previously watching the first on normal telly.

I finished the Titans... (seasons 1 and 2)
I enjoy superhero comicbooky stuff but felt that it was a bit much of the "It's all my fault, I'm a freak, I'm bad news, I'm no good" stuff (almost every character went through some of that) and also a bit too much of that doe eyed 3 year old who's supposed to be ex-Robin who insist on being in charge, feeling he made the wrong decisions and punishing himself for it. All. the. time. But like at the very end they seemed to mostly be over themselves.

I expect season 3 will be about spicegirl getting her mojo back... Probably without even having to return home to deal with the "I don't want that thing but my sister can't have it because she'll make a mess of it all" problem. She's from the planet Tamara which is also mentioned in Star Trek so obviously it exists for real...

I still don't "get" the Lego Movie thing.
Just do a normal animated story.
I know that most movies these days are just long adverts for the merchandise and toys, but making the characters literal toys is just irritating.

For that to happen it would need to be handled by a studio with experience of developing animated films, like say Disn-- Oh, oh dear

hmm I think netflix updates it's genre list.... or maybe I never paid much attention...

I'm watching "The Autopsy of Jane Doe" - I don't think I ever heard of it, definitely didn't see it before, but it's really quite creepy. I think it's one of the better horror films I've seen, at least so far. It's not over yet so I guess it's still possible for something that ruins the whole thing...
