Twin Motion Arch Vis tool built with Unreal game engine was bought by Epic and is currently free to grab until November from here: www.unrealengine.com/en-US/twinmotion (you need to claim it on the site with your Epic account then it appears as a new tab in the Epic launcher... which you also need).
