I think the hair in the second pic is very well done. As someone who always falls into the tedious trap of painting every strand I really appreciate how you've managed to get both form and detail in such a loose, sketchy way.
And the warmth in the first pic is lovely as well.

I like the style of Bertrand how it has a vintage feel, while Ginnifer feels bright and energetic, always great!

I always think it's really brave to do a female portrait/caricature with such a dominant nose or jawline.
It's so easy to lose control and end up with a masculine type of face, but this works perfectly.
I also like that bit of glare that implies a background that you haven't even painted.

Valence - it can be a tricky balance, but shying away from strong features that are there will detract from the likeness (maybe part of the reason so few entries in the recent Caricaturama contest looked like her).
As long as there are other feminine features there to use - eyelashes, lips, hair - then it's usually okay.
