Sansa Stark
calling version 1 done even though I forgot to work on the rim light on her cheek. Ooops. Still working on a version 2 of this.

And now that you've teased us I'm eager to see the other version too!
Hope we don't have to wait another 2 years though.

I'm sure I finished some stuff last year
I did just finish (I think) a quick Christmas greeting. Tried a few things that just didn't work, first. I know it's my own fault for not taking the time to paint this year but I feel like I've entirely forgotten how it's done. And each time I try, all I think about is that stupid thing about the horse that looked too much like a horse and I still get angry and frustrated about it. How do you move past crap that someone else said about your work or how you work? I know I should just shrug it off, especially as I still think they were stupid and wrong about it all, but it's like I can't. And I feel like I can't paint because of it. Though I think it's really mostly because my feelings have prevented me from trying much... But still, I wish those feelings would go away.
So anyway, because of the above, all I could muster was this...

My own opinion of my work is much, much worse than anything other people say about it.
You should just paint for yourself first of all and if anyone else likes it then that's a bonus. But if they don't like it then they can go away and cry some more.
And I do like your shiny decoration.
Especially the way the texture wraps around at the sides.

I'm guessing if I just got back into painting I'd forget about it... I liked doing Aywas stuff, though, and now I can't even think about paintig without getting annoyed with them. : /
