I wish my base looked as believable as that. Every structure looks like it belongs there and has a purpose and all the little greebles (but not cat greebles
I do think the blue tone is a little strong but seeing as my own picture was plagued with over saturated blues you may now be thinking of the artist equivalent of "Physician, heal thyself!"
The spacemen offer a nice sense of scale and depth, and I like the three little guys interacting down there. They look like they're busy and actually doing something, unlike the barely visible, static dots in my pic.
Also you captured a much better sense of all that dusty regolith with your textures and you even added footprints!

That said, I agree with much of Valence's points and my vote goes to Banj too.
Though I really like Val's too, I think maybe there's too much going on in a way. Maybe the moon base and the pretty sky backdrop would have been enough without the orangey planet demanding attention?

But I am somewhat forgetful
Actually I'm doubly forgetful. I see now that I did vote. I thought I'd forgotten
Well, then, CONGRATS BANJ

Regarding the blue, I ended up with two different versions of the picture after running it through some photographic filters to see what would come out. The other version was more "realistic" looking but somewhat dull looking in comparison, so I decided I preferred the more illustrative quality of this one with the blue. It kind of reminded me of old 60s sci-fi comics which wasn't remotely what I had been going for initially

Are you suggesting I made the children depressed by rebuilding Alvor's house? And where does Frodnar even live anyway?
