Totally Random

I have a big ass spider on my bedroom ceiling, just above the bed
It was there last night and then I went up for a wee and it was gone (and while it's unpleasant to not know where it is, I was happy it wasn't above my bed anymore) but then when I woke up today that dark smudge was back!

(I barely see it without glasses... it's just a slightly darker grey smudge against the white ceiling... but with glasses... )

Remove glasses and close your eyes.

Meanwhile I can now announce to the world that Olympic Breakdancing is not a real sport, or any kind of sport.

Well, that was unsettling... or... something.
I went to visit "Cybertown Revival" as they now have opened the mall and creators can upload their items again. But I mean, it looked bad back in the late 90ies - early 2000's, and it looks exactly the same now because it's done out of nostalgia. When you go to the mall there's a loud and short and not "tiling" loop of running water from a fountain. Some of the stuff looks pretty OK, some of the stuff still looks like 90ies vrml. (Which it probably is). And moving around feels truly awkward now I'm finally getting used to WASD keys (which don't work there).

Felt a bit like the twilight zone I guess. And I felt tempted to start uploading stuff just to provide people with something better than some of the stuff that was there. But I don't think I can be bothered. And Bev's there uploading stuff, after all. I'll just settle for that, I guess.

I didn't realise before how much I dislike those Poser/Daz Studio type images, though. I guess I didn't dislike them back then, but they do tend to look very stiff and unpersonal. Impersonal?

The lifeless dead eyes like a shark 

Like Ciarán Hinds. His eyes always makes me think of sharks. But maybe that's just me?
(Did I mention this before? I have a vague feeling I might have...)

The house I grew up in, a couple of km from here, is for sale (again). This time for "only" over 5 million sek. Last time it was around 3 million. When dad sold it he got like 300,000... Oh well... They have changed a lot about the house, some for the better, some for the worse. It's still got charm but some areas are terribly "modern", sterile and "black-white-and-grey" which everything seems to be these days. It made me a little sad to see.
