A wandering hunter

So I was just sitting around, waiting for A level results, as you do, and the anxiety was killing me so I decided I needed to paint something to try to calm down Thus the bounty hunter came into being. Not sure about the environment but im quite happy with how hes developing.

So I made some more progress, cant decide wether to go for a more comic style or more of a paintery one.

That's a nice little sketch. I'd always go for a painterly style but that's because I can't do linework. You do seem to have those skills so go with what feels right.
But more importantly, how did the grades go? Dare I ask? Oh wait, I just did ask.

I might try to make it more paintery as I usually revert to my comic art comfort zone The grades went far better than I expected A* AA!!!! Now I just need to decide which art uni to apply to

Look forward to seeing this colored in and agree with others this one would make a nice divergence from you normal style...you can always do it both ways....good practice either way.
