Looking at bookends, since I want to keep my IFX magazines available, but don't have enough boxes for them (plus they'd be easier to access on a shelf). I think it would be rather pointless to buy any bookends though, because they all seem to take up more room than the books, and I don't think I'll have any left over room in spite of moving at least half of my books into the basement...

Anyway, I rather liked the idea of this one (though I'd have liked to see a more "substantial" Yoda) :yoda:

You'll definitely need something to hold them up cos magazines don't like standing vertically by themselves. :)
I have to squish them between two heavy hardback books.

Cool Yoda! :yoda:

yeah I'll have plenty of squishing books. And then there are those... um... tidskriftsamlare... but all my old ones are kind of crappy so maybe I should get some new ones.

I'm not even sure what they're called in English. Maybe a binder, or slipcase, or something? :)

I think IFX might have used the term Binder... :S

:hmm: Yes, I thought so. Then again, "binders" usually have some locking rings. And slipcases/covers are usually for sets of books. So perhaps we should stick with tidskrifft... thingy. :)

You can tell how boring quarantine is when you spend your time contemplating the categorization of stationery supplies.

the translation would be "magazine collector" :)

are you in quarantine? I think we're only limited to less than 500 people so far, but asked to not travel needlessly. I'm still worried about my move but hopefully it'll be considered a necessary thing, if the government decides on stricter rules. (And last time I went shopping there was actually not much toilet paper left!)
