I think Instagram wants you to go to their site so that you can experience the joy of waiting for the page to load in. 
Just trying to save a picture from over there turns into a glorious adventure.
Nice pic though. Are they photos of real stuff arranged in that way or paintings made to look like real stuff?

If you use Firefox then you can right-click the screen, select Page Info and then Media. It then lists all the displayed images and gives you the option to save.
With other browsers you can also go through the source code
to find the filename and copy it to the address bar.
I'm sure there are some plugins/addons that may make it easier.
Or you can just boycott Instagram.

I named a folder 2019 although that was last year.
