Even if you plug it in without anything else Windows should still recognise it and it would work in the basic "mouse mode" without pressure sensitivity. Windows may even tell you the model number at this point but it'll be written on the tablet somewhere anyway.
Just type that number into the search bar of the driver website and you'll get a quick download of an .exe file which you run and then everything should be fine.
