Sounds like your super villain actually has the means to make an honest living. I'm sure plenty of people could use his services... Too bad he chose to use his powers for nefarious ends.

No, you don't need actual superpowers. You just need ...erm... a brain? Yes, a brain ... of some old megalomaniac  ...um... that's been kept alive and ...er... put into a clone. Or something. :S

 

Might do a couple of other panels to set it up before the brain reveal. Or something. :shrug:
